Job Purpose :
Director, Co-Management Services is responsible for the alignment of OrthoIllinois' co-managed musculoskeletal services. Responsible for executing operational processes contributing to the financial and administrative success of all current and future co-management relationships. Develops, interprets and manages reporting on key performance indicators, at risk quality metrics, and responsible for the development of hospital partner front-line leaders.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- Oversees co-management relationships as the primary representative working with our hospital partners to achieve operational excellence
- Drives the alignment of co-managed orthopedic departments with OrthoIllinois model of providing the highest quality and efficient musculoskeletal care, inclusive of staffing ratios, roles & responsibilities, processes and workflows
- Serves as consultative expert for hospital leadership teams
- Empowers front-line leaders and staff to excel in alignment with the OrthoIllinois leadership philosophy by providing guidance, support, professional development, and performance management opportunities
- Collaborate with hospital leadership on shared resource management
