What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Appointment Scheduler position at ORTHO TENNESSEE?
Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic is seeking multiple Appointment Schedulers for both full-time and part-time, Monday through Friday opportunities at our KOC office at Cherokee Farms, Weisgarber, and Oak Ridge with flexible scheduling! This role is responsible for making patient appointments for all Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic locations and providers. The Appointment Scheduler will follow appointment guidelines to ensure proper scheduling and rescheduling via phone/online, as well as additional office experience. Computer skills and physician office experience is a plus. Must be a team player and have a positive attitude. NexGen and Updox experience highly preferred!
