About the Role
We are hiring a Radiologic Technologist to join our elite team of renowned orthopedic specialists. As a member of our team, you will enjoy an energetic work environment and a path to professional growth at various locations across the Valley.
This role does not require performing Fluoroscopy or being involved in surgery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for radiologic procedures
- Explain procedures to patients and answer their questions
- Protect patients from unnecessary radiation exposure using shielding equipment
- Take x-rays following established procedures for patient care and safety
- Document patient care services in charts
- Import outside imaging into office PACS
- Scan documents into EMR
- Maintain accurate QC logs and service records, and ensure equipment is in working order
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in radiology, preferably in a busy orthopedic practice or hospital
- Completion of an approved American College of Radiology Technologist program
- Certificate of Medical Imaging Modality by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
- Arizona State license Medical Radiologic Technologist Board of Examiners (MRTBE)
- Maintain CPR certification

- Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
