As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Tasks include but are not limited to :
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidatesSource potential candidates by using job boards, social media, professional networks, and other sourcesScreen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidatesConduct phone, video, and in-person interviews with potential candidatesCollaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and desired qualificationsProvide detailed feedback to hiring managers on each candidateBuild and maintain relationships with potential candidates throughout the recruitment processMaintain and update job postings in various job boardsManage job postings, recruitment advertising, and other recruiting activitiesNegotiate and close offers with selected candidatesDevelop and conduct onboarding / orientation of new hiresEnsure legal compliance with onboarding documents, background checks, and pre-employment drug screeningEnsure all recruitment processes adhere to applicable employment laws and regulations.Stay up to date with relevant labor laws and any changesConduct interview training for any employee that would be involved in conducting interviews within the companyMaintain and restock departmental materialsResearch competitive compensation annuallyOrganize and attend job fairs and recruiting eventsMaintain and manage the recruiting budgetAudit and maintain internal reportsAudit, update, and maintain job descriptions and job ads for all company positionsAnalyze recruitment data and trends to improve future recruitment effortsDevelop and implement strategies for employee retentionCreate and maintain recruitment databases and reportsOversee the exit interview processAssist the Human Resource department with arranging and working company eventsOther duties and projects as assignedRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field3 years of full cycle recruiting experienceStrong knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices and employment lawProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.)Excellent negotiation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracyWorking Hours / Location :
