As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Source potential candidates by using job boards, social media, professional networks, and other sources
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews with potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and desired qualifications
- Provide detailed feedback to hiring managers on each candidate
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain and update job postings in various job boards
- Manage job postings, recruitment advertising, and other recruiting activities
- Negotiate and close offers with selected candidates
- Develop and conduct onboarding/orientation of new hires
- Ensure legal compliance with onboarding documents, background checks, and pre-employment drug screening
- Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Stay up to date with relevant labor laws and any changes
- Conduct interview training for any employee that would be involved in conducting interviews within the company
- Maintain and restock departmental materials
- Research competitive compensation annually
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruiting events
- Maintain and manage the recruiting budget
- Audit and maintain internal reports
- Audit, update, and maintain job descriptions and job ads for all company positions
- Analyze recruitment data and trends to improve future recruitment efforts
- Develop and implement strategies for employee retention
- Create and maintain recruitment databases and reports
- Oversee the exit interview process
- Assist the Human Resource department with arranging and working company events
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Strong knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices and employment law
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.)
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
Working Hours/ Location:
- Monday – Friday; 8:30 am - 5:00pm
- Base location: 1700 W Higgins Rd Des Plaines, IL
- Hybrid work from home schedule available after 90 days of employment
- Full time; Exempt

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
