OrthoLive is the fastest growing Health Care provider within the Industrial Athletic Training. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Athletic Trainer to join our team and provide on-site injury prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services for employees working in industrial settings. Contracts last between 1-3 years with the opportunity to move to a new location at the end of the contract. The Industrial Athletic Trainer plays a critical role in promoting a safe and healthy work environment and ensuring the well-being of employees in physically demanding and potentially hazardous work environments.
Qualifications:
1. REQUIRED: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Athletic Training or related field.
2.REQUIRED: Certification as an Athletic Trainer Certified (ATC) from the Board of Certification (BOC).
3. State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Athletic Trainer. New state licensure covered by OrthoLive
4. Experience working in industrial or occupational settings is preferred.
5. Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, injury assessment, and rehabilitation techniques.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, supervisors, and healthcare professionals.
7. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
8. Willingness to travel to various worksites and remote locations as needed.
Job Type: 1099 Contract with potential to become full time in the future
Pay: $$41.00-$45.00 per hour with a $3000 bonus after 90 days of employment
Expected hours: 40 per week, potential for overtime opportunities
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct on-site assessments of workplace environments to identify potential injury risks and develop customized injury prevention programs.
2. Provide immediate care and first aid treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses on-site.
3. Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal injuries through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual techniques.
4. Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to help employees recover from injuries and safely return to work.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, physical therapists, and occupational health specialists, to ensure comprehensive care for injured employees.
6. Educate employees on proper body mechanics, ergonomics, and injury prevention strategies through training sessions and workshops.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of injury assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Salary : $80,000 - $88,000
