ABOUT THE POSITION
Orthopaedic Associates of Muskegon (OAM) is seeking a Controller to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for overseeing financial management, reporting, and compliance for multiple entities under one umbrella, and reports directly to the CFO.

Requirements :
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees accounting operations including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
- Oversee the production of financial statements; ensure reported results comply with GAAP.
- Monitors cash flow across multiple entities to ensure financial stability.
- Manages intercompany transactions and allocations.
- Provides financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, local, state, and federal requirements.
