Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will oversee and execute marketing initiatives for OrthoEast, ensuring alignment with the practice’s goals. This role requires exceptional project management, communication, and print/digital marketing expertise. Reporting to the Practice Administrator, the Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in coordinating marketing calendars, managing campaigns, and directly contributing to the creation of all marketing materials.
This position requires compliance with OrthoEast’s compliance standards, including its Code of Conduct, Compliance Program, and policies and procedures. Such compliance will be an element required as part of the job duties and considered during performance evaluations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Marketing Projects: Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of medical marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Client and Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and execution of initiatives.
- Account Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new accounts and oversee the provision of marketing services.
- Project Completion: Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of all marketing projects, adhering to defined timelines and scopes.
- Client Relationship Management: Proactively maintain client expectations, manage project scopes, and conduct routine review calls to discuss campaign performance and results.
- Marketing Reports: Prepare and present comprehensive marketing campaign reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on all deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and client satisfaction.
- Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve client concerns efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Track Milestones: Monitor project progress, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain detailed marketing calendars, keeping stakeholders informed of timelines and deliverables.
- Creative Contribution: Actively participate in the design and creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and other promotional efforts.
Other Duties as necessary:
- Attend leadership meetings and report on initiatives and needs.
- Support clinic operations in various ways when business needs escalate.
- Back-up for manager line in partnership with other leaders.
- Analyze data for informational purposes to be used for future strategic plans.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media scheduling tools.
- Proven ability to create and manage marketing calendars effectively.
- Strong writing skills for marketing content and reports.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, Generally 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.; Occasional weekends or evenings for specific marketing events when needed.
