Some of my favorite parts about OP include the friendliness and comradery that we have in the clinic. It's fun, light, and we work together to help patients and each other. We have good diversity of patients who generally participate in their care and we have a good mix of diagnoses. Ultimately it is the people I work with that keep me working here, in addition to being able to see all my own patients all the time and talking to my patients as well as other PTs patients in a friendly and open environment.OP has amazing team members and work culture. The clientele we get are great and the fact we only schedule one patient every 30 min. The new bonus system has been amazing. The teammates really keep me happy working here and the patient first culture. There is a lot of opportunity and openness to give feedback on processes. The organization has clear growth tracks which help me see my possible future paths. My favorite part about OP has to be my coworkers. Everyone at OP supports and upholds our culture. I also have a great ability to talk to leadership, which you don't see at a lot of other places. The camaraderie of my coworkers and the joy and rewarding nature of being able to help people who appreciate what you do for them are what has kept me here for so many years.Join us at Orthopaedics Plus and make a difference, not only in your patients' lives but in your career. Take the next step in a workplace that champions growth, collaboration, and high-quality care. Apply today and be part of our mission to elevate health and well-being in our community!
