Responsibilities:

• Manage patient schedules and achieve productivity goals.
• Comply with all relevant regulations, including state and federal laws.
• Document patient visits accurately within 24 hours.
• Collaborate closely with team members and provide feedback on policies and procedures.
• Generate referrals and discuss the importance of referrals with patients
• Perform administrative tasks when needed, including patient check-ins and scheduling
• Promote healthy lifestyles and encourage a continuum of care
• Engage in consistent reflection and enhancement of treatment techniques and team communication.

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• A drive to educate patients and staff, embodying our value of continuous improvement.
