Orthopedic Associates (OA) is recruiting a Recruitment and Employee Experience Specialist to join our company. OA is a privately-owned, regional leader in comprehensive orthopedic care. Since 1985, patients have placed their trust in our specialized care of the hand and upper extremities, spine, shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, foot and ankle, trauma, total joint and sports medicine. With over 30 providers, Orthopedic Associates provides patient care at multiple locations throughout the Miami Valley region. SUMMARY : The Recruitment and Employee Experience Specialist will be the first point of contact for recruiting, employee orientation, onboarding and benefits. This position will be responsible for attracting top talent through creative recruiting techniques while ensuring a welcoming and engaging orientation and onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Proactively source and engage candidates through creative recruiting strategies that align with Orthopedic Associates’ values.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent and ensure a strong cultural fit within Orthopedic Associates.Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Orientation and Onboarding :Develop and deliver engaging onboarding programs that introduce new hires to the company culture, policies, and procedures.
Conduct interactive orientation sessions that provide essential information and foster a sense of belonging among new employees.Serve as the first point of contact for new hires regarding benefits, addressing questions such as enrollment processes, benefit options, and necessary documentation.Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve the orientation and onboarding process to ensure the needs of new employees are met.Employee Events Planning :Collaborate with internal teams to plan creative employee events that enhance engagement and build camaraderie.
Organize team-building activities, celebrations, and recognition events that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Gather feedback from employees to continuously improve event planning and employee engagement initiatives.Company Representative :Present a positive and enthusiastic image of Orthopedic Associates during recruitment, orientation, and onboarding.
Build strong relationships with candidates and employees to enhance retention and foster a sense of belonging.Reflect the company’s values and culture, ensuring every interaction reflects Orthopedic Associates’ commitment to excellence.Qualifications :
Proven experience in creative recruiting techniques, onboarding, and employee engagement.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.A positive and enthusiastic attitude, demonstrating a genuine passion for supporting employees and enhancing workplace culture.Required Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.Preferred Education and Experience :
Health care industry experienceWork Authorization
