Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling for legal services, including IMEs, depositions, and conferences
- Prepare IME and deposition packets, reviewing them with physicians
- Confirm legal service appointments 72 hours in advance
- Ensure payment for all pre-paid services and handle invoicing/W-9
- Provide backup support for workers’ compensation and medical records/communication departments
