Who You Are:
- A sales-minded professional who knows how to read a table and guide guests through food and wine pairings with ease.
- You know how to move, anticipate, and stay busy even when the pace slows — no standing around, no dead time.
- You’re the one who naturally steps up and helps your team without being asked — because you care about the guest experience, not just your section.
- You understand Italian cuisine at a deeper level — pasta, antipasti, dolci — and can speak confidently about ingredients, origins, and preparation.
- You know your Barolos from your Brunellos, and you can break down a wine list for a seasoned collector or a curious newcomer.
- You can build a Negroni with your eyes closed, shake a proper spritz, and hold your own behind the bar when needed.
Must-Haves:
- 3 years of experience in upscale or fine dining
- Solid wine knowledge (WSET certification is a plus)
- Comfortable with tableside sales and pairing suggestions
- Bartending or cocktail experience (basic mixology required)
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and hustle
