Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Associate Manager, Content and SEO to support our ecommerce beauty business. In this role, you will drive content development and SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, optimize content for search, and create engaging customer experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and ecommerce, to ensure that content aligns with business goals and is optimized for both search engines and customer engagement. This role is ideal for a content-savvy individual who has a keen eye for brand storytelling.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Content Briefing for Creative Team:

• Write clear and detailed briefs for the creative team, outlining requirements for all commercial, launch, and brand moments. Ensure that briefs are aligned with the overall content strategy and brand guidelines.

Short List & Asset Requirements:

• Fill in shot list and asset requirement documents for creative shoots. Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure all required assets are captured and delivered on time, supporting product launches and promotional campaigns..

Grow Organic Traffic Contribution:

• Collaborate with the SEO agency to implement technical and on-page SEO recommendations. Ensure that SEO best practices are followed to improve organic search performance and overall website visibility.

SEO Content Delivery:

• Brief or write SEO content using AI tools, ensuring that content is optimized for target keywords and adheres to brand tone of voice. Balance SEO objectives with high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.

Amazon Content Briefing & Optimization:

• Brief the creative team on content requirements for Amazon product listings, ensuring that all assets, copy, and imagery are optimized for search and conversion on the platform. Regularly update and optimize content to maintain competitive positioning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with the creative, marketing, and ecommerce teams to ensure alignment on content strategy and execution. Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure that content supports key product and commercial initiatives.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track and report on the performance of SEO initiatives and content efforts, using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Content King and other SEO platforms. Provide recommendations for ongoing optimization.

SEO Keyword Research & Content Strategy:

• Support the development of keyword strategies by conducting keyword research and competitive analysis. Assist in building content strategies that drive organic traffic growth and align with business goals.

Key Stakeholders

This role will sit within the Digital team and involve close partnership with Customer Service, Site Merchandising, Marketing, Creative and Consumer Engagement.

Qualifications

Content Creation Skills:

• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft content that balances SEO objectives with compelling storytelling. Experience in writing for ecommerce or beauty brands is preferred.

SEO Knowledge:

• Proven experience in implementing SEO strategies and optimizing content for search engines. Familiarity with technical SEO concepts and tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Content King.

Experience with Content Briefing:

• Experience in writing content briefs for creative teams and collaborating with designers, photographers, and production teams. Strong organizational skills to manage shot lists and asset requirements.

Amazon Content Optimization:

• Experience in optimizing content for Amazon or other online retail platforms, including writing product descriptions, optimizing keywords, and briefing for imagery requirements.

Data-Driven & Analytical:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics, evaluate SEO results, and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO reporting tools.

Strong Collaboration & Communication Skills:

• Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and ecommerce teams. Strong communication skills to ensure alignment and clarity in project briefs.

Preferred:

• Experience in the beauty or fashion industry.
• Familiarity with Shopify

At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when deter-mining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.

The pay range for this position is $ 80,000 -$100,500.
