Job Summary:
The Head of Data Architecture and Analytics will lead the design, implementation, and management of the organization's data architecture and analytics framework. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and security while driving data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and the technical expertise to align data initiatives with business objectives.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Data Architecture Leadership:
- Develop and maintain a scalable and efficient data architecture that supports the organization's current and future data needs.
- Design and implement data integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Establish best practices for data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance.
Analytics and Insights Development:
- Lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics solutions, including predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify analytical needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Drive the adoption of data visualization tools and self-service analytics platforms across the organization.
Data Governance and Compliance:
- Implement and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Establish data stewardship roles and responsibilities across departments.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing data architecture and analytics team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance data literacy across the organization.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Partner with IT and business leaders to align data architecture and analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for leveraging data.
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making and promote a data-centric culture within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in data architecture, data management, or analytics leadership roles.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-level data architecture solutions.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when deter-mining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
The pay range for this position is $68,000 – $104,000. Supplemented with all the amazing benefits above for full-time employees!
