The FP&A Analyst – Financial Reporting (FR) plays a critical role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. This position will provide insights into business performance through financial modeling and variance analysis, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for key stakeholders. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and strategic decision-making.

Key Accountabilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute financial reports to support business decisions.
• Consolidate information across multiple sources to create cohesive and easily digestible reporting.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to ensure accuracy.
• Own end-to-end report building process; from template creation, data integration, communication with external reporting partners, and rollout to key stakeholders.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with forecasts and budgets, providing insights and recommendations.
• Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership, board meetings, and external stakeholders.
• Assist with automation and process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in FP&A and financial reporting.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, financial reporting, or a related role.
• Advanced Excel skills: experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Hyperion, Tableau, or Power BI) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a multinational corporation or a complex business environment.
• A willingness to take calculated risks and explore new avenues for growth.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite
