Job Summary :
As a Digital Production Artist, you will leverage your experience, problem-solving abilities, and creativity to bring to life the seasonal creative narratives across site, social, CRM, paid media and retailer assets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Marketing, and Digital departments, you will assist in creating original designs that accurately reflect Orveon’s brand ethos and visual language.
This role is critical in ensuring the flawless execution of production-ready files, serving as a trusted resource in preparing and releasing these assets to our retail partners via our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. Your attention to detail, combined with your expertise in production best practices, will uphold our commitment to high-quality digital assets.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- Create impactful and insightful digital assets for social, organic, CRM and paid media. Assist in campaign extension for our key U.S. E-commerce partners.
- Digital Asset Creation and Design Execution
- Develop visually appealing, on-brand assets for digital, social, site, CRM, and other channels that align with Orveon’s seasonal narratives and brand guidelines.
- Apply core design principles—typography, color theory, spacing, scale, and layout—to create high-quality assets that reflect current beauty trends.
- Brand Consistency and Standards Compliance
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand identity guidelines and maintain a cohesive look across multiple brands.
- Conduct quality control checks on all assets to verify brand alignment and ensure accuracy for various digital outputs.
- File Preparation and Production-Ready Deliverables
- Prepare and package production-ready files for digital and print platforms, optimizing formats and specifications to ensure smooth and efficient use by stakeholders.
- Use expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to maintain consistency, visual integrity, and proper formatting in all assets.
- Project Management and Workflow Optimization
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Use Asana to track project progress, find workflow efficiencies, and keep team members updated, helping streamline and improve processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Marketing, and Digital departments, to support cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Listen actively and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine assets, while also contributing to projects that support the overall studio team.
