We believe we can accomplish more when we #Face Forward Together!Job Summary : As a Digital Production Artist, you will leverage your experience, problem-solving abilities, and creativity to bring to life the seasonal creative narratives across site, social, CRM, paid media and retailer assets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Marketing, and Digital departments, you will assist in creating original designs that accurately reflect Orveon’s brand ethos and visual language.This role is critical in ensuring the flawless execution of production-ready files, serving as a trusted resource in preparing and releasing these assets to our retail partners via our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. Your attention to detail, combined with your expertise in production best practices, will uphold our commitment to high-quality digital assets.Primary Duties & Responsibilities : Create impactful and insightful digital assets for social, organic, CRM and paid media. Assist in campaign extension for our key U.S. E-commerce partners.Digital Asset Creation and Design ExecutionDevelop visually appealing, on-brand assets for digital, social, site, CRM, and other channels that align with Orveon’s seasonal narratives and brand guidelines.Apply core design principles—typography, color theory, spacing, scale, and layout—to create high-quality assets that reflect current beauty trends.Brand Consistency and Standards ComplianceEnsure all designs adhere to brand identity guidelines and maintain a cohesive look across multiple brands.Conduct quality control checks on all assets to verify brand alignment and ensure accuracy for various digital outputs.File Preparation and Production-Ready DeliverablesPrepare and package production-ready files for digital and print platforms, optimizing formats and specifications to ensure smooth and efficient use by stakeholders.Use expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to maintain consistency, visual integrity, and proper formatting in all assets.Project Management and Workflow OptimizationManage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.Use Asana to track project progress, find workflow efficiencies, and keep team members updated, helping streamline and improve processes.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Marketing, and Digital departments, to support cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.Listen actively and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine assets, while also contributing to projects that support the overall studio team.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience2 years’ experience in technically sophisticated graphic designProven ability to apply and perform graphic design skills, including drawing / sketching, typography, ideation, color theory, use of texture, spacing, scale, visual presentation development and layout that is supported by a portfolio of non-computer-based creative art and graphic designPassion for beauty, fashion and / or the Orveon owned brands (Laura Mercier, bareMinerals and Buxom).Ability to identify and resolve design or production challenges, particularly in high-volume and fast-paced environments.Experience ensuring that all assets adhere to a cohesive brand identity and design standards.Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaExcellent attention to detail in a high-volume production environmentKnowledge of current design trends and competitive landscape, particularly in beauty and fashion, to ensure fresh and on-brand visual storytelling.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentStrong ability to multitask amidst competing prioritiesStrong communication and prioritization skillsAbility to find efficiencies in workflow vis-à-vis our Asana platformAbility to take on projects benefitting Studio collectiveStrong organizational skillsDeep curiosity for learningStrong listening skillsWhat Orveon offers you : You are a creator of Orveon’s success and your own.
