Orveon is looking for a highly motivated, creative individual to lead our social media marketing strategy and content for the Laura Mercier brand.
The Senior Manager, Global Social Strategy & Content for Laura Mercier is responsible for developing & executing the Global Social Content Strategy and managing content development that can be used on owned social channels and leveraged across digital platforms.
This role is responsible for establishing the roadmap to win on key platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook as well as leading innovative ideas for content that can be scalable and unique to Laura Mercier across digital platforms. This role will collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Creative, Influencer, E-Commerce, Paid Media, US Marketing, Channel Marketing, etc. so develop strategic content that is aligned to business goals.

- Develop and oversee Laura Mercier’s owned social media strategic vision, creating a cohesive, engaging, and innovative experience that reflects the Laura Mercier target consumer
- Oversee and accelerate the brand’s Global Social footprint, inclusive of all owned platforms with a strong focus on priority channels TikTok and Instagram
- Drive evolution of content strategy with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Build differentiating social campaigns and programming designed to nurture community, support acquisition and drive engagement
- Support digital innovation initiatives with an owned strategy to drive awareness with Laura Mercier audiences
- Concept social-first content for key platforms/surfaces, partnering with Laura Mercier Creative as well as external content partners on production of assets, including briefing partners and capturing unique, ownable content
- Key partner to Global Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative, Paid Media on the development on short form video content that can be leveraged across digital surfaces
- Build and maintain Laura Mercier monthly content calendars for all channels and manage day-to-day posting
- Oversee community management strategy to foster an authentic sense of connection, inclusive of response protocol and crisis response
- Oversee owned social reporting to ensure ongoing evolution and that Laura Mercier remains digital first and a leader in the competitive set
- Test and innovate, always staying ahead of emerging social platforms, tools, and trends, identifying opportunities to weave the Laura Mercier brand into the cultural moments
- Engagement Rate: Likes, comments, shares, and mentions across social media platforms.
- Community Growth: Increase in followers, subscribers, and active participants within the brand’s community.
- Influencer Impact: Success and ROI of influencer-driven campaigns (increased engagement, sales, and brand awareness).
- Campaign Performance: Reach, conversion rates, and ROI for digital campaigns (paid and organic).
- Customer Sentiment: Brand sentiment analysis through social listening tools and consumer feedback.
