What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recovery Residence Supervisor position at Osage Nation Health Center?
This position requires a self-starting, detail- oriented individual with leadership skills and a passion for helping others recover from a substance use disorder. The Recovery Residence Supervisor works with men and women in early recovery, providing structure and support to clients seeking to establish stable long-term recovery from substance use disorder. This position will be a trained Peer Recovery Support Specialist that must be willing to develop and maintain peer/coach relationships with residents.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Requires a minimum of 1-year of supervisory experience
- 5 years of sustained recovery
- Peer Recovery Support Specialist certification required.
- Must be HIPAA and Privacy Act trained.
- Must be CPR certified.
- Great oral and written communication skills required.
- Must be able to handle stressful situations with poise and tact.
- Must handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with law and Osage Nation policies.
- Must have flexibility with hours and scheduling.
- Must be consistent and reliable.
- Requires high level of personal integrity, ethics, boundaries, and problem-solving skills.
- Requires willingness and ability to learn new skills,
- Must be able to travel occasionally to conferences and training sessions as directed.
- Must work well with Leadership team.
- Requires ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Requires good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and Drug/alcohol screening
- Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record may be required to drive GSA or tribal vehicles.
