Duties

- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining budgetary controls to optimize profitability.
- Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills in food service management.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Experience
- Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in casual dining or Asian restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling practices.
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting and financial management within a restaurant setting.
- Experience supervising teams, with a focus on fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
- Previous experience as a server/waiter.
