We are currently seeking a full-time Case Manager Supervisor to join our Case Management team at our Fulton Community Reentry Center. The Case Manager Supervisor will be responsible for providing supervision to the Case Management staff and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive, community-based service. They will assist in troubleshooting program concerns, conducting regular supervision, tracking program activities, meeting audit compliances, and ensuring the effective operation of case management activities. This position may include evening and weekend hours. This position reports on-site to our Fulton Community Reentry Center.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $67,650 annually
Requirements
Essential Duties
- Assist team with emergency crisis intervention for individuals
- Ensure the successful and expeditious stabilization of clients' housing and the enhancement of their self-sufficiency
- Responsible for troubleshooting program concerns, conducting regular supervision, tracking program activities, and ensuring the effective operation of case management activities
- When necessary, you’ll also manage an assigned caseload
- Directly supervising Case Managers to ensure the delivery of quality and appropriate services to clients
- Providing direct intervention for problems and/or complex urgent cases as needed and assisting staff in linking clients in critical circumstances with immediate need entitlements to maintain existing housing
- Evaluate program performance, determine gaps in service delivery systems, and assist in developing solutions for identified gaps and/or program performance issues
- Ensuring proper documentation of service provided through CARES database reports, case conferences, team meetings, supervision, and case record audits and collecting, analyzing, and reporting on team statistics for the program
- Providing and documenting weekly, regularly scheduled, individual supervision to assigned staff; identifying opportunities for staff development; and co-facilitating training.
- In person attendance is required to collaborate with others.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related field
- At least two years of case management experience
- At least one year of supervisory experience

- Strong oral and written communication, time management, and organizational skills are necessary.
- Ability to work some evenings and occasional weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of CARES, MS Word, Excel, and database management skills.
- Familiarity with community resources.
- Ability to solve problems, make decisions, resolve conflicts and listen.
- Access skills to deal calmly in crisis situations.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively well with diverse groups.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
