Role Description
This is a full-time (80% Remote / 20% on-site) role for a Managed Services Specialist at OSC Technical located in Broomfield, CO. The Managed Services Specialist will be responsible for managing IT services, providing technical support, and ensuring network security for our clients. assisting in sales sipport activities when needed.
Qualifications
- Managed Services and IT Service Management skills (Windows server, print servers, desktop, MS365 Tenant, O365, Azure Portal, Aruba Central) utilzing remote tools to connect and troubleshoot managed devices.
- Network Security expertise in EDR (Huntress, Defender, Pen Testing, Proofpoint, and firewalls (MX, Fortigate)
- Sales support experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus
- Experience and personal skills valued over degrees.
