Telecom circuit provisioning, issue resolution, port and jumper moves Navigate cabling runs, 66 / 110 blocks and punch down blocks Proficient use of telecom tools, test equipment, volt-ohmmeter butt-set, toner System-level troubleshooting knowledge.
