Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with expertise in EDI (Radley) and ERP (SyteLine) integrations to support and optimize critical business functions. This role will focus on managing EDI transactions, customer portal configurations, system updates, and data integrations to ensure smooth operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience troubleshooting EDI and ERP interactions, and the ability to collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
EDI & ERP Support
- Manage, develop, and deploy EDI (Radley) and SyteLine ERP configurations, ensuring system alignment with business and customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot EDI transactions, mapping issues, and data integration challenges within a manufacturing setting.
- Maintain system health, performance, and documentation for ERP, EDI, and customer portals.
Data Management & Integration
- Analyze large data sets to identify root causes of transactional issues and implement structured solutions.
- Lead ERP database management, ensuring data integrity and optimization.
- Design, deploy, and monitor integrations between ERP, EDI, and customer-facing systems.
Process Optimization & Security
- Work with business users to define process improvements and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with data security best practices within ERP, EDI, and business systems.
- Stay updated on ERP and EDI advancements, providing recommendations for system enhancements.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Develop and manage project plans for ERP, EDI, and customer portal initiatives.
- Partner with IT, vendors, and business teams to ensure seamless system functionality.
- Support cybersecurity risk management and implement security controls across business systems.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience working with EDI (Radley) and ERP (SyteLine) integrations in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of EDI transaction mapping, troubleshooting duplicate demand, past-due forecasts, and ERP/EDI interactions.
- Proficiency in SQL for transactional analysis and database management.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and structured problem-solving.
- Familiarity with SSRS, Domo, and C# is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent work experience.
