Title: CSI/Syteline Administrator

Location: On-Site / Irving, Texas

Salary: $90k-110k

Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Infor Syteline Administrator to manage, configure, and support the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/Syteline) ERP system. This role plays a key part in ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and performance for business operations. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background, experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to support both system-level configuration and ERP integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure CSI modules, set up user roles, manage security settings, and support overall ERP infrastructure.


• Provide day-to-day technical support for CSI users; respond to tickets, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions.


• Manage and troubleshoot integrations between CSI and other internal/external systems to ensure data flow and application performance.


• Support the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Birst, ensuring relevant data is available for operational decision making.


• Maintain detailed system documentation, including configuration changes, process flows, and support protocols.


• Stay current on new CSI features and system updates; recommend and implement improvements to enhance ERP functionality and user experience.


• Provide support and training for end-users across departments, ensuring efficient and accurate use of the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.


• Experience managing and supporting Infor CSI/Syteline ERP systems


• Background in manufacturing environments preferred

Skills:

• Strong technical troubleshooting and ERP configuration abilities


• Familiarity with ERP security best practices and integration management

Bonus:

• Infor CSI/Syteline administration certification
