Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Epicor ERP, providing technical and functional expertise.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Lead and drive ERP enhancements, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Work closely with IT, development teams, and business users to implement and optimize solutions.
- Facilitate issue resolution, system troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Manage ERP-related projects using Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Provide guidance and training to users on ERP system functionality and best practices.
- Ensure smooth integration of manufacturing and distribution processes, including production scheduling, procurement, and inventory management.
- Engage in negotiations and decision-making to improve ERP system performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar IT role.
- 5 years of hands-on experience as an Epicor ERP SME, with in-depth technical and functional knowledge.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing or distribution processes and ERP integration.
- Proven ability to negotiate, resolve issues, and drive system enhancements.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.
