- You have commissioned something large and complex in the field
- You have worked around utilities (not a C&I level interconnection process but they've actually been in substations) and the closest complexity is HV stations (115kV and above)
- You've managed high complexity procurement and engineering issues but are not doing scheduling or other PM work
- They have a maturity level that they can negotiate with the utility and the switchgear vendors
- Some knowledge of BESS would be nice, but knowledge of SCADA and P&C is more important
