We're on the lookout for a skilled Business Application Specialist to oversee and enhance our ERP systems-primarily Prophet 21. In this role, you'll handle system administration, integrations, and reporting while supporting cross-functional teams like Sales, Quality, and Purchasing. Your expertise will ensure our tools meet evolving business needs efficiently.
What You'll Do:
- ERP Management: Administer and configure ERP systems (Prophet 21) to align with operational needs.
- Report Development: Create insightful reports using tools like Crystal Reports, Power BI, and Phocas.
- Integration Oversight: Manage EDI integrations (e.g., Comparatio) and vendor collaboration (e.g., American Eagle).
- Database Administration: Maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases and ensure data integrity.
- End-User Support: Troubleshoot technical issues and manage tickets via Jira.
- Collaboration: Partner with teams to implement solutions, upgrade systems, and improve processes.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: Hands-on ERP expertise (Prophet 21 preferred).
- Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Crystal Reports, Power BI, and SQL Server.
- Problem-Solving: Sharp troubleshooting skills and familiarity with EDI integrations.
- Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Avalara Tax, PowerShell scripting, or GIT version control.
