ServiceNow Developer (TS/SCI)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our client supporting critical federal government projects in the Washington, DC area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and experience working with federal government clients.

Key Requirements:

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance


• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow development


• Experience working on federal government projects


• Willingness to work on-site in the Washington, DC area

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITBM, CSM, WSD, and HRSD


• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new modules


• Design and implement Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs


• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using SOAP or REST web services


• Participate in agile development processes, including daily scrums and sprint reviews


• Collaborate with multiple departments within and outside the customer's organization


• Ensure all development aligns with federal government platform guidance and ServiceNow best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field


• Active ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer)


• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks


• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and AJAX


• Experience with CMDB data management, integrations, troubleshooting, reporting, and dashboards


• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to high-ranking government personnel

Additional Information:

• This position requires working on-site at federal government facilities in the Washington, DC area
