Job Title: Workday Financials Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)
Compensation: Up to $140,000 base salary Bonus Comprehensive Benefits

About the Role:

We are partnering with an Atlanta-based organization embarking on a major digital transformation initiative. As part of this, the company is implementing Workday Financials to replace legacy business applications. We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Consultant who can play a key role in this implementation and ongoing optimization efforts.

This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence in Atlanta 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Lead configuration, customization, and deployment of Workday Financials modules (including but not limited to: Financial Accounting, Expenses, Procurement, and Projects).

  
  


• 
  

  Engineer and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other Workday tools.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and system upgrades.

  
  


• 
  

  Act as a Workday subject matter expert, providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  7 years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience designing, building, and managing Workday integrations, especially using Workday Studio and EIB.

  
  


• 
  

  Deep understanding of financial processes and best practices in Workday.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working in a hybrid environment and comfortable with 3 days onsite in Atlanta.

  
  


• 
  

  Workday certification(s) is a strong plus.
