What are the responsibilities and job description for the Acumatica ERP Consultant position at Oscar?

Desired Skills :

Expertise in ERP system implementation methodologies and best practices.
Functional knowledge with a proven history of successfully delivering ERP implementations, particularly in Quote-to-Shipment processes.
Deep understanding of key processes, including :

BOM / Routing structures

Finite / Infinite scheduling

Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

Replenishment planning and inventory strategies

Warehouse management and procurement

Strong skills in communication, writing, teaching, and presenting.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working with multi-cultural teams and fostering collaboration.

Exceptional multitasking and organizational capabilities.

Self-driven, creative, and confident, with a strong work ethic and ability to manage projects independently.

Analytical mindset for prioritizing and executing improvement initiatives.

Proficient at delivering effective presentations and addressing questions across all organizational levels.

Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining relationships and ensuring cooperation with stakeholders.

Skilled in influencing, negotiating, and resolving conflicts to build consensus.

Proactive in escalating risks and maintaining alignment on customer goals.

Dedicated to identifying, sharing, and institutionalizing best practices.

Education :

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Operations, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Acumatica Certified Manufacturing or Business Consultant certification is desirable but not required.

Required Experience :

At least 2 years of consulting experience with Acumatica Cloud ERP.

5 years of ERP implementation consulting experience with cloud-based enterprise ERP platforms.

4-6 years of direct experience in manufacturing and production execution.

Familiarity with Lean methodologies is a plus but not required.
