Description
We are in search of an ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Watertown, Massachusetts. You will be focusing on the Service Cloud and Sales Cloud areas, with an emphasis on Cases, Opportunities, Conga, CPQ, and Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM). This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and requires someone who can operate independently, liaise with the business to determine requirements, and convert them into user stories for our developers.
Responsibilities:
Focus on Service Cloud domain, primarily dealing with Cases
Gain a deep understanding of Sales Cloud, with a concentration on Opportunities
Work with Conga, CPQ, and Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM)
Engage independently with the business to identify and define requirements
Translate business requirements into user stories for developers
Use Cloud Technologies to enhance CRM operations
Employ your skills in Data Gathering and Gathering Requirements to improve processes
Create compelling User Stories to facilitate development tasks.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as an ERP/CRM Consultant
Proficient in Cloud Technologies
Extensive knowledge and experience in CRM
Expertise in Service Cloud
Proven ability in Data Gathering
Experience in Gathering Requirements
Ability to Create User Stories
Demonstrated experience in creating and managing User Stories
