Job Summary :
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / Syteline Implementation
Consultant to join a dynamic and customer-focused team. This role involves leading and managing
full-scale implementation projects of the Infor CSI / Syteline system for clients, primarily in the
manufacturing sector. The position offers flexibility to operate remotely and requires travel to client
locations.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage Infor CSI / Syteline implementation projects from start to finish.
- Utilize a structured, stage-based project execution methodology.
- Conduct discovery sessions to determine client needs and business requirements.
- Assist clients in designing business processes to achieve goals with minimal system modification, leveraging practical knowledge and experience with the Infor CSI / Syteline system.
- Identify gaps in the Infor CSI / Syteline system or processes and work with the development team to model and implement solutions.
- Train end-users on the Infor CSI / Syteline and related software systems.
- Perform conference room pilot sessions to validate business processes before Go-Live.
- Support clients during cutover, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live stabilization phases.
- Continuously participate in education and training to stay updated on the latest functionality of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / Syteline.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
- Handle a portfolio of multiple projects concurrently.
- Travel to client sites as needed for live sessions.
