Responsibilities:
- Apply industry best practices in planning and scheduling.
- Review project documents to develop and validate baseline construction schedules.
- Oversee and provide guidance on multiple project schedules managed by the Operations team.
- Collaborate with the Operations team and represent the company professionally to clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Assist in creating bid and proposal schedules, including presenting to selection committees when needed.
- Use data analytics to track and report project trends.
- Develop cost- and manpower-loaded schedules to support project execution.
- Assess construction progress against the planned schedule.
- Analyze and communicate schedule impacts due to project changes.
- Evaluate, refine, and enhance departmental policies and procedures.
- Manage special projects and additional department responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of project scheduling experience
- Strong P6 experience
- 3 years in the construction/utility/power industry
- Able to develop and maintain relationships with customers, owners, subcontractors, and teams across company
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
