Role Title: Senior Administrator for ERP Systems
Overview: Responsible for managing the daily operations of an ERP platform to ensure it operates efficiently, remains dependable, and is highly available. Tasks include configuring ERP workflows, maintaining system modules, and integrating the ERP with other tools. Routine maintenance, updates, and system checks will also be conducted to uphold data security and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guarantee the reliability, performance, and availability of the ERP system.
- Perform regular updates, maintenance tasks, and system checks to ensure security and data accuracy.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and accounts within the system.
- Create, refine, and optimize SQL queries to support system functions.
- Offer technical assistance to users by troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Host training sessions for users to improve their ability to navigate and use the system effectively.
- Develop and sustain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track KPIs and system performance.
- Lead the rollout of new ERP features, modules, and functionalities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations, workflows, and configurations.
Skills and Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience working in manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Background in project management.
- Proven ability to analyze and solve complex problems effectively.
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively or independently as needed.
- Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP.
- Familiarity with tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or SQL Server Reporting Services is preferred.
