As our Talent Acquisition & Brand Specialist , you'll combine creative employer branding with hands-on recruitment to attract and retain top talent. Your storytelling and campaigns will inspire candidates to see Oscar as their next big opportunity, feeding a recruitment funnel that drives business growth.
This role blends creativity, strategy, and execution, offering the opportunity to shape our employer brand while driving the hiring efforts for our Austin, Tampa, and Philadelphia offices. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition :
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for entry-level and experienced roles, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality candidates.
- Research competitors, talent pools, and market trends to map top talent and refine strategies.
- Conduct initial screening calls, schedule interviews, and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Develop and nurture relationships with experienced hires, connecting them with opportunities at Oscar.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to manage offers and onboarding, aligning recruitment efforts with business goals.
- Employer Branding & Recruitment Funnel :
- Develop and execute branding strategies to position Oscar as a destination employer for sales professionals.
- Create authentic, engaging content that showcases our culture, values, and unique perks.
- Highlight success stories, team achievements, and benefits through social media, events, and campaigns.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure branding efforts translate into measurable recruitment outcomes.
- Content Creation & Social Media Management :
- Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, sharing posts about open roles, team culture, and career growth opportunities.
- Develop multi-channel content strategies, experimenting with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and podcasts.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute video, ad, and creative campaigns that resonate with our target candidates.
- Events & Stakeholder Engagement :
- Represent Oscar at career fairs, networking events, and industry meetups to attract talent.
- Coordinate hiring days and training group intakes to align with business needs.
- Work closely with senior leaders across offices in Austin, Tampa, and Philadelphia to align recruitment with growth objectives.
- Innovation & Tools :
- Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SourceWhale, ZoomInfo, and BambooHR to streamline sourcing and recruitment efforts.
- Continuously propose and implement new tools and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
