Expected pay for this position is $39.13 - $46.03/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview
For Occupational Therapy program students in their final year.
The Occupational Therapy Education Stipend provides selected full-time graduate students in their final year an $30,000 education stipend to be used to assist with program costs. Upon graduation and completion of Occupational Therapy board exam, education stipend recipients will be required to work a 3 year work commitment at a pre-determined OSF HealthCare facility.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Occupational Therapist assists patients in the restoration of occupational function through evaluation and treatment. Performs examination and evaluation of patients' occupational and functional status including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary and integumentary systems as they relate to functional mobility skills. Includes gathering information from the patient chart, patient and family, or other source as appropriate.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be enrolled as an Occupational Therapy graduate student in final year of the program.
