Some travel required for in-person facilitation for New Leader Institute (bi-monthly) and additional Mission Partner development as-needed (1-2 times a month)
This position will offer a full remote option. Incumbent must be within driving distance from an OSF facility - Alton, Bloomington, Danville, Evergreen Park, Galeisburg, Kewanee, Mendota, Monmouth, Ottawa, Peoria, Peru, Princeton, Rockford, Urbana.
Salary range for this position is 463,606-$74,838; Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Organizational Development Professional supports training and development, e-learning, competency management, and performance management. Coordinates and facilitates training and professional development programming for leaders and Mission Partners. Helps develop and coordinate e-learning opportunities. Assists with competency management, development, and assessment. Supports performance management through training and development.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or related field
Experience: 3 years of experience in Organizational Development, Training and Development, Education, Human Resources, or similar.
Other skills/knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles Excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong computer skills.
