Expected pay for this position is $30.58 - $35.98/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Revenue Cycle (RC) Analyst is responsible for the support of information technology solutions deployed to automate healthcare business processes within the Revenue Cycle. Responsible for basic troubleshooting issues and process problems impacting end users. Supports the testing of fixes and new product functionality. Works with staff to identify opportunities to improve application usability and performance to reduce the financial risk to the organization.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field OR High school diploma or equivalent and 4 years' experience in Revenue Cycle operations in a healthcare setting with demonstrated progressive experience.
- Licensure/ Certification: Must obtain at least one Epic Revenue Cycle certification within 18 months of hire into this position.
- Other Skills/Knowledge: Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: EPIC application utilization
- Other Skills/ Knowledge: Working knowledge of medical terminology
