We are looking for a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our HR team and support our onsite team in Mt Airy, NC. You will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including local hourly production recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities :
- Provide internal support and partner with functional managers to deliver the required human resources services and solutions that align with business goals.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support the development and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Manage employee relations issues and assist with conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support Operation Leader with health and safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
- Support HR leadership with various projects, including policy updates, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications :

Salary Range : $65,000 - $70,000
