Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Osha Thai Kitchen in 12230 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing business strategies, and maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management, operations, and customer service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Be able to speak English and Spanish
- Assures all management and staff training and development is performed correctly and thoroughly to ensure minimal staff turnover.
- Works in accordance with the accounting department, providing all accurate information needed to produce DSR’s, P&L’s, budget and payroll.
- Ensures that all drink recipes and procedures are followed, maintaining the highest quality and consistent product standards.
- Is trained and able to train staff in all POS functions and all associated software.
