What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wellness Center Attendant - Downtown (Evenings and Weekends) position at Oshkosh Community YMCA?
- Must be open for flexible scheduling, including evenings and some weekends
- Oversee the safety of our members and guests in the wellness center.
- Clean and sanitize fitness equipment in wellness center.
- Provide and schedule orientations and schedule appointments for members.
- Assist members as needed.
- Build relationships daily and create a culture of philanthropy by using names and initiating conversations with all members, staff, volunteers and guests.

- Ability to clean fitness equipment
- Ability to perform all physical aspects of the position; including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Must be able to safely lift 60-pound group exercise bikes when needed.
Required certifications: CPR, First Aid, AED (will provide paid training if needed)
