The Team Lead must be able to perform the essential skills of the production area they are leading.

- Minimum High school Diploma or Equivalency
- Leadership Experience
- Industry Experience
- Must be able to read, write, and demonstrate verbal and written communication skills
- Possess intermediate math skills
- Ability to work with technology
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and rules
- Must be self-motivated and a self-starter, needing little direction
- Possess a desire for completing repetitive tasks
- Must show a sense of urgency in completing tasks and be a quick learner

- Monitor/verify HACCP documentation
- Ensure all records are completed accurately
- Ensure all employees are following GMP’s
- Work in conjunction with maintenance to improve OEE
- Understand basic mechanical functions of machinery
- Ensure people and procedures are applied in an efficient and effective manner while achieving quality and safety standards.
- Ensure team members follow manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements.
- Ensure the team is aware of day-to-day targets and responsibilities.
- Consistently promote high standards, through personal example, so that each team member understands the standards and behavior expected of them.
- Communicate closely with plant manager on employee performance
- Report issues/problems to immediate supervisor.
- Actively committed to team development.
- Support and comply with all policies and procedures set in place by Park 100 Foods.
- Other duties as assigned.
