OSI Optoelectronics is seeking a Semiconductor Fabrication Operator. This individual will perform wafer fabrication functions in the production of semiconductor devices. They will also operate equipment in performing alignment, masking, etch and diffusion. 

• Handle wafers and operate various equipment in performing functions such as: wafer scribe, diffusion, photoresist, alignment, masking etch, various evaporators, metal etch, and disco saw.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date lot traveler records and data sheets on lots in process.
• Recognizes equipment and product problems, notifies supervisor and/or troubleshoots errors in order to achieve optimum production levels.
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• 1 years' of experience in wafer fabrication required. 
• Must have basic problem-solving skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination is necessary.
• Ability to use a microscope regularly.
• Capable of working with and around chemicals, including acid (safety training will be provided).
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
