**About This Role**

As a Brake Operator at ResourceMFG, you will play a critical role in our production process by setting up and operating power press brakes to bend, form, arc, or straighten metal plates or metal sheets or bars and structural shapes to blueprint or sketch specifications.
**Responsibilities**
">Some key responsibilities of this role include: selecting, positioning, and aligning dies in machine ram and bed, turning setscrews or bolts to fasten clamp bar that holds dies in position or loosen from its position, starting machine to lower ram or depressing pedal to activate ram that bends or cuts metal, and verifying dimensions of work pieces as per blueprint specifications.
