The Service Technical Training Coordinator & Analyst supports the Technical Training Instructors, as well as the Director Technical Service Operations with successful planning, scheduling, records management, customer satisfaction indicators and Zendesk Suite Analytics for Spacelabs Healthcare customers and employees. This involves developing administrative competence and expertise with designated Learning Management System (LMS) and training delivery tools. Critical success factors include:
- Accurate and auditable Service Training assignment, tracking, and Training Registration Database maintenance.
- Organization and updating of online curriculum.
- Assists with communication and travel arrangements for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Insuring 100% compliance with Spacelab’s mandated or regulated Service Training requirements.
- Coordinates the distribution of customer satisfaction surveys and participates in continuous improvement activities supporting training management.
- Promotes training revenue, providing quotes to customers for billable Technical Training classes.
- Solutions and detail oriented, organized, and functions as a strong cross-functional team member for the Technical Service organization.
This position is located in Snoqualmie, WA. The person in this role can work hybrid, but may need to be onsite for a few weeks at a time during onsite training.
Responsibilities
- Primary service training contact for all Spacelabs Healthcare customers, distributors, and global technical support (GTS).
- Assigns and tracks Spacelabs required employee Service Training curriculum.
- Acts as first line employee contact for issues associated with accessing the LMS.
- Actively promotes service training opportunities with customers, distributors, and GTS.
- Communicates training requirements, and follow-up on missed training escalations.
- Maintains accuracy of Service Training database.
- Assists with the maintenance and update of the Spacelabs Service Training room schedule.
- Assists Sr. Manager Global Training with development and tracking metrics, benchmarks, and success criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of training.
- Upon request, participates in internal audits to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of Spacelabs Service departmental training.
- Collect, interpret, and organize Technical Service data from Zendesk, CPQ, MFGPro and BMI
- Creates and maintains reports/presentations for company decision makers using data from Zendesk.
- Collaborates with Director Technical Service Operations department data collection and reporting process.
- Attains and maintains thorough knowledge of the administrative applications of the LMS system(s).
- Assists with a variety of project management needs that support for our Technical Training initiatives and projects.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Five or more years of equivalent experience in a training, administrative, or customer service work environment.
- Experienced user in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM required.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes.
- Strong project management skills.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated use of critical thinking skills.
- Experience working positively and productively in a team environment.
- Ability to travel up to 25% nationally and internationally.
