Our company is seeking an experienced engineering professional to lead our engineering team in developing new trace detection products and providing sustaining support for existing products.
Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering managers, subject matter experts, and personnel.
- Ensure the product vision is realized through excellence in program management and engineering execution.
- Develop and maintain a technical roadmap that innovates from a technical standpoint.
- Work with peers and colleagues in interdisciplinary teams to develop company strategy.
Technical Leadership: Co-develop the technical strategy with the CTO and lead the development of innovative technologies.
Qualifications: Advanced degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or related field. 12 years of proven team leadership experience in technology and product development. Experience in Ion Mobility Spectrometry and Mass Spectrometry instrument design and applications.
