This role involves providing corporate and commercial legal services to in-house clients, advising on regulatory compliance, reviewing legal data, and coordinating litigation. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in corporate, commercial, international, employment, and intellectual property law matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of healthcare law experience, a mix of law firm and in-house experience being a plus. A Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school is required. Active membership in good standing with the state bar is also essential. The successful candidate must be an exceptional communicator, capable of handling complex negotiations and advising senior company management.
