With the continued growth of our client Bell Canada and as one of their preferred partners OSL, a Bell Authorized Agent, we have an exciting opportunity to hire a Business Marketing Team, Field Manager. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for supporting Bell Canada’s Small Business Executive teams.

You will:
- Drive sales and market share growth in the small medium wireless business category
- Maximize in-field time to coach, mentor and lead a team of ~12 Account Executives
- Develop and lead motivational team huddles and meetings
- Manage team’s weekly schedule, payroll, vacation, requests, HR and OSL questions
- Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of all programs
- Provide sales performance reports on a weekly basis
- Ensure project deadlines and all deliverables are met
- Provide feedback such as competitive activities, pricing, product acceptable etc.
- Support the recruitment of new team members
- Demonstrate optimism, empathy and integrity to represent our Bell Canada customer's brand.
- Performs any other needed duties as required

- Experienced leading a sales team that specializes in penetrating SMB markets
- A inspirational and creative sales leader that possesses experience driving aggressive results
- Passionate about customer service-oriented teamwork and collaboration
- Motivated to take initiative and be adaptable
- Meticulous in planning and organizing, with the ability to anticipate problems and opportunities, and develop proactive solutions.
You will be successful if you have:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in sales team management, preferably in telecom industry
- Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel through assigned territory (some overnight travel may be required) regularly
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team at the divisional and corporate level
- Ability to perform with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, written and analytical skills
